Located in the heart of Val D’Orcia declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 2004, this 48-hectare property has 2 main villas and 2 annexes. Each villa has a heated swimming pool, gardens and patios, with olive groves, horse pasture, woods, vegetable gardens and meadows. The historic center of Rocca D’Orcia offers restaurants of all kinds, while Castiglione D’Orcia offers services for all daily needs. This strategic position is perfect for visiting the most beautiful places of the Val d’Orcia. Podere Vignalunga is divided into two main structures, the old Borgo and a modern villa. The Borgo is surrounded by a sunny panoramic garden, with fruit trees and aromatic herbs, which frames a large lawn with a barbecue and a greenhouse. There isspacious table under a porch and a modern stone swimming pool, heated and with a measuring system. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom, one with bathtub and one with shower, as well as a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace. The furniture uses original elements of the Tuscan rustic tradition and has been selected with careful attention to detail. The living room is embellished with a large stone fireplace, which creates an intimate and refined environment, together with a splendid oak floor. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi, as well as a living room with fireplace and kitchen. The large dining room overlooking the valley has direct access to the garden and houses a second fireplace and a table to accommodate up to twelve guests. The period oak flooring creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The ancient villa has two annexes, the first houses a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and large living room with open kitchen and fireplace. The second annex has a double bedroom and a large living room with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. These spaces have been renovated with one-of-a-kind objects, which give them a magical atmosphere: an ancient corner fireplace, original leather sofas, an outdoor table ideal for breakfast surrounded by lavender bushes and wine barrels from an old cellar transformed into the floor. A Finnish sauna frames the sunny garden, offering guests a truly rejuvenating opportunity for relaxation.

The new villa, recently built, retains all the architectural details of the historic Tuscan farmhouses, furnished in an original rustic style. The warm and relaxing atmosphere fits perfectly with the comforts of this refined retreat. Outside, a covered veranda with a huge table for 14 people, ideal for outdoor dining. The large sunlit garden is located in a scenic position and has a natural shaped swimming pool with Jacuzzi measuring 15 x 3 x 1.20 meters. The main floor features a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a guest bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with a rustic table for up to ten guests and a master bedroom with private bathroom. Carefully selected furnishings and original works of art create unique environments that blend the antique with modern touches. The second floor has three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, two with whirlpool tubs and one with a large terrace with a splendid view over the valley.

The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, wifi and satellite TV in each bedroom and living room, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere in perfect combination with all the comforts of an exclusive retreat. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with flat screen TV and bathroom.
